At Hope, we offer a consistent, cohesive experience featuring carefully planned music, followed by a message delivered by a prepared communicator.
We comprehensively background check our internal ministers and leaders, and we maintain a high level of expectations when it comes to integrity - on and off the microphone. All leaders are encouraged to continue their professional and ministerial development to become as well-rounded and effective as possible. Our team has specialty training in personality types, trauma-informed care, social work, anthropology, children's ministries, business administration, and more.
